Even though my bachelor’s degree is in General Studies with emphasis on Organizational Leadership, I am currently the Director of Operations and I love it!  I started originally in August 2018, as an accounting assistant.  I fell in love with our clients and enjoyed my job.  I stepped away from Flinthills for about 1.5 years and worked part time for Butler County Emergency Management in order to be more available at home.  I came back in October 2021 and have been working in accounting.  I love the staff as well as the clients and love our mission here!.
