We are currently accepting applications for Direct Supports Professionals (DSPs). DSPs provide guidance, training and care to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. DSPs work either in our day program or in our residential group homes. DSPs working in residential settings work second or third shift, and weekends and holidays. DSPs working in our day program generally work days, Monday – Friday.

Successful DSPs have a heart for serving clients and are kind, patient and caring. Minimum requirements include high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license and insurability. Flinthills Services is a drug-free work environment and an equal opportunity employer
